WE’RE PART OF THE NEW GENERATION OF GUSTOINNOVA!
For three months, we were part of GustoInnova, a collaborative network between companies and INACAP‘s Gastronomic Innovation Center, driven by Transforma Alimentos.
Through this gastronomic mentorship process, we worked directly with chef Daniel Olejnik Vera and his students on improving our plant-based products that incorporate TAMEE, our ingredient obtained through precision fermentation that delivers authentic meat-like color, aroma, and flavor to plant-based products, significantly enhancing their sensory experience.
The team explored innovative gastronomic applications, standardized recipes and commercial opportunities with the potential to transform how we experience plant-based products. We were impressed by how the students, in this completely extracurricular experience, applied creativity, sensory analysis, and iterative development with an impressive professional level.
GustoInnova is a program that benefits innovative Chilean companies across 5 regions of the country, providing access to infrastructure, expert knowledge, and INACAP’s network.
