Kris will lead a session on Biotechnology and alternative proteins, focusing on cellular agriculture, exploring what it is, why it matters, and how it can play a key role in transforming the global food system. From addressing climate change and animal suffering to enabling more resilient and ethical food production, alternative proteins are central to building a sustainable future.
