Luyef’s team continues to grow.
We warmly welcome Valeria Martínez, Valentina Scaff and Mónica Toro to our lab.
Valeria Martínez began working with us as a thesis student, and currently works as a Research Assistant in the Microbiology and Fermentation Team, involved in the biocompatible recombinant collagen production project for cosmetic applications. Valentina, biochemist from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, joins our Microbiology and Fermentation Team as a Research Assistant as well. With extensive experience, they both join the team to contribute with their research expertise, dedication and scientific curiosity, to the development of biotechnological solutions that transform the way we produce proteins and biomolecules without the use of animals.
Monica Toro, MSc in Developmental Sciences and Psychopathology, and PhD candidate in Developmental Sciences, joins our team as a Senior Scientist of the Sensory Physiology Team. Her expertise in Affective Neuroscience will help us implement new neuroscientific strategies to improve the sensory characteristics of our plant-based products.
Welcome to the team!
